Cancellation Policy

Monthly Cancellation Policy: You can cancel at anytime and wont be charged the next months pay period. No refunds are permitted through month to month plans but can be credited at same price for a future month. You can re register anytime. Drop‑In/Private Lesson Cancellation Policy : We know plans can change, and we do our best to keep things flexible while respecting our instructors and fellow dancers. ⏰ Cancellation Window Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before class. This helps us offer spots to dancers on the waitlist. 💳 Refunds & Credits On‑time cancellations: You’ll receive a full refund or class credit, whichever you prefer. Late cancellations or no‑shows: Because your spot is held for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made after the cutoff. 📱 How to Cancel You can cancel through our booking app, your online account, or by contacting us directly at slay.the.stage.studios@gmail.com or contacting Genesis at 236-457-3697 Emails and voicemails are honored based on the timestamp. 🕒 Studio‑Initiated Cancellations If we ever need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll automatically receive a full refund or credit, regardless of timing.
